the staff were friendly and helpful . i appreciated the size of the room and the comfortable bed. the in-room facilities were great offering a lovely selection of teas and biscuits. the safe was a good size which easily fitted all my valuables
the shower gel had a strong smell it was really not to my taste

The breakfast buffet impressed me. There was such a variety. the team were lovely. They always greeted me with a smile. i liked that the room had effective soundproofing! it blocked out any noise from outside, awesome for a peaceful rest.
i found some aspects a little disappointing. the tv was small and old. it needs to be upgraded to fit the standard of the hotel.

The room included good tea selection and shampoo and body wash. Amenities were plentiful. the hot shower had excellent water pressure. That was appreciated after a long day. the bed was really comfy.

Carina & alock were super friendly. I checked in early thanks to them. the staff took my allergies seriously. That gave me peace of mind. i found the service really good.

The room included bathrobes with slippers. Those were welcome touches. the proximity to two underground stations proved very convenient. i appreciated the small kitchen, even though i did not use it .
the room was quite a distance in another building, difficult to access breakfast without crossing a road.

the heating in my first room didn't work. the staff provided a portable heater, but that's not ideal. the replacement room had a fixed temperature i couldn't adjust, it kept resetting, frustrating. the whole experience was quite annoying.
